The complete fee for the session may be paid in the following manner
Annually – Payable by 10th April
Half Yearly – Payable by 10th April and 10th October
Quarterly- Payable by 10th of April ,July, October, and January.
Monthly – Payable by 10th of every month. (Only for Day boarders/Day scholars)
Payments are acceptable in cash or cheque /RTGS/ Demand Draft/ Online in the name of Gateway International School. The last date of payment by cash is 10th of every month. There must be separate cheques for each child.
Office timings for fee collection is from 9 am to 3 pm on all working days.
If the fee for a month is not paid in full by 10th, a fine of Rs. 100/- per month will be charged. The fine for late payment of fee will be charges @ Rs. 100 per month i.e. If the fee of April and May is being paid with the fee of June , the fine will be:
April- Rs. 100 + Rs. 100
May- Rs. 100
Total- Rs. 300
Parents are requested to give correct particulars such as Admission Number, Name, Class and Section of the students while depositing the fee. The cheque should have the Name, Class and Section of the student written at the back.
Caution Money is refundable after settlement of all dues when TC is sought by a student. The parents should produce the original receipt in the office for the reimbursement of Caution Money.
In case a cheque bounces, a fine of Rs. 300/- will be charged. Further the student’s fee will not be accepted through cheque.
Meal and Conveyance charges will be charged for 12 months. An optional day care facility will be available for the Pearl, Ruby and Diamond Classes on payment of Rs. 15000/- per annum.
All fee due for the session must be cleared by 10th February including the complete fee of March.
In no circumstances benefit of more than one discount shall be applicable.
Policy regarding Pearl: In case a parent opts to pay fees for Pearl Class in two installments, the second installment has to be paid in the month of September.
The student’s name will be struck off on non payment of fees for three months.
