AN INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO GIST GLOBAL(P) LTD.

In continuation with routine academics, an industrial visit for Mechanical Engineering Students (B.Tech & Diploma) was organised on 01.10.2019 at GIST Global (P) Ltd., Sec-34, Gurugram (Hr.). GIST Global is basically a service industry & works on international standards ( City & Guilds) for Automobile Sector where students / trainees gets Practical / Technical know-how of an automobile (4-wheeler). During the day, 48 GIETians (MED) visited the automobile workshop, & Mr. Siddharth Kapur, CEO, GIST Global having more than 25 years of experience in automobile service sector addressed the students with the future possibilities & placement opportunities in India & abroad as well. Dr. Vijay Mittal, Director – Principal, GIET along with department faculty members also visited GIST Global and analyze the opportunities for the students. All students experiences new concepts of automobile workshop based on international standards and were excited for such visits.
