List of Competitions
Pot painting Competition (Only for schools)
- The team members must be of class 11th & 12th. The Participants in this event will have to make pot designs incorporating the art of using decoration to create a pleasing and balanced composition.
- Each team will consist of 02 members.
- The Reporting Time is 10:00 am and competition starts at 11:00 am.
- Time allotted for the competition will be 1 hrs and 30 min and an additional 15 minutes will be provided for final touch, cleaning and winding up.
- The participants can bring in their own material for the presentation.
- Participants have to bring their own props and supportive tools
- The evaluation criteria will be based on Visual Appeal, Theme/ Concept, Harmony, Symmetry and Style.
- It should be noted that theme of the event revolves around three states of India.
- Maximum 25 teams can participate in pot painting competition.
Essay Writing Competition (Only for schools) on
(Hospitality & Tourism as a Career)
- The team members must be of class 11th & 12th .
- Time allotted for the competition will be 45 Minutes.
- Essay Writing medium can be Hindi or English.
- The Reporting Time is 10:00 am and competition starts at 10:30 am.
Ethnic Fashion Parade
- The members of each team must be registered as a full-time student from a University or College offering Hospitality, Culinary or Tourism degree or diploma.
- Participants have to bring their own props and supportive tools
- The evaluation criteria will be based on Visual Appeal, Theme/ Concept, Harmony, Symmetry, Style and there will be question answer round as well.
- It should be noted that theme of the event revolves around three states of India.
- The Reporting Time is 04:00 pm and competition starts at 06:00 pm.
Tourism Pavilion Competition
(Exhibition Making Competition)
- This competition is all about setting up a tourist information cell of your preferred state out of 3 states as per the theme.
- Each team will consist of 04 members.
- Reporting Time is 9:00 am and competition starts at 11:00 am.
- The members of each team must be registered as a full-time student from a University or College offering Hospitality, Culinary or Tourism degree or diploma.
- Time allotted for the competition will be 4 hrs and an additional 30 minutes will be provided for final touch, cleaning and winding up.
- The participants can bring in their own material for the presentation.
- Participants have to bring their own props and supportive tools.
- The evaluation criteria will be based on Visual Appeal, Theme/ Concept, Harmony, Symmetry and Style.
- It should be noted that theme of the event revolves around three states of India.
- The exhibition stall has to act as an effective source of information for tourists.
Menu Card Making Competition
- The members of each team must be registered as a full-time student from a University or College offering Hospitality, Culinary or Tourism degree or diploma.
- Each team will consist of 02 members
- Reporting Time is 10:00 am and competition starts at 11:00 am.
- Time allotted for the competition will be 1 Hr & 30 min and an additional 15 minutes will be provided for final touch, cleaning and winding up.
- The participants can bring in their own material for the presentation.
- Participants have to bring their own props and supportive tools.
- It should be 5 course menus.
- The evaluation criteria will be based on Visual Appeal, Theme/ Concept, Harmony, Symmetry and Style.
