Send us a video on how to make any dish which is quick, healthy and easy to make. Dish with minimum ingredients and maximum creativity has better chances of winning. Along with this, judgement is also based on the quality of video. To understand how to make video, watch this interesting video.

Rajiv Kumar Malhotra

a.) Chef Rajiv Kumar Malhotra, works with Old World Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. as Corporate Chef - QSR & Casual Dining, Habitat World. He was awarded the Silver Hat by Indian Culniary Forum on International Chefs Day 2011. He has opened several Old World Hospitality Centres including Chor Bizarre, The All American Diner, Tikka Town, Granma’s Homemade, Past Times, Pizzavala, Chaat Waat and Tabakh in Ladhakh.

b.) Mr. Rajan Makkar, Director at Gateway Institute of Hotel Management since 2009. Prior joining Gateway, he worked as Assistant professor at Jagan Institute of Management Sciences. After doing his post graduation Hotel and Tourism Management from Kurukshetra University, he did PhD. from Presidency Netversity, USA in Hospitality Management.

What and How to Submit?

Present your final, finished dish as a video. Video should not be more than 3 minutes.
