Day 1 - starts with Personality Development & Financial Literacy Training Programme (FLTP)

• Personality Development
  Objective of this subject is to provide a behavioural coaching to the students which at the end is important for several reasons:
  1. Improved Self-Awareness: Understanding one's strengths, weaknesses, values, and motivations leads to greater self-awareness, which is crucial for personal growth and making informed life decisions.

Day 2 - starts again with the Personality Development & Financial Literacy Training Programme (FLTP)

Personality Development & Financial Literacy Training Programme which again works on the same objectives with different sets of activities. Personality Development is essential for personal and professional success, emotional well-being, and overall life satisfaction. It encompasses a broad range of skills and traits that contribute to an individual's ability to navigate life effectively and achieve their full potential whereas financial literacy helps to learn, grow, and acquire financial decision-making skills for adulthood. Students are better prepared for unforeseen medical costs, home-related expenses, and unemployment. Furthermore, young students with financial insights and understanding formulate better retirement incomes. Long-term budgeting using day-to-day income and expenses aids in better savings and investing in profitable funds.

Day 3 and Day 4 - includes Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation Skills and Basic Microsoft Excel

Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation Skills and Basic Microsoft Excel sessions involve the students’ learning skills required to let them stand different in the crowd with their effective presentation skills.
