Need of including Such Scholarship:
As per past experiences, a substantial number of parents and students approach the admissions team to provide fee relaxation during the entire course as they are not financially strong enough to pay the fee. Moreover, such students are outstanding in academics or some other fields. To motivate such students, there is a need to offer such scholarships to the aspiring students.
Under this scheme total 21 scholarships will be granted in this A.Y. 2025-26. To avail this scholarship, the student has to apply online through the link https://gateway.edu.in/scholarship-form/. The student has to fulfil all the terms and conditions mentioned in this document along with the supporting documents. The result will be announced within 15 days from the date of the interview.

First Year or LEET Entry Students
Eligibility: Students must have minimum 75% marks for UG Courses and 70 % for PG Courses in the last qualifying examination. The student shall be accessed on below mentioned parameters:
A. Academic (25 Marks): Marks will be awarded based on the following criteria:

C. Social Welfare Contribution (15 Marks): To be monitored by the screening committee based on the certificates / proofs (Medals, Trophy, with photograph etc) submitted, level of participation, and contribution.
D. Personal Interview, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills (20 Marks): The student must prepare and present PPT before the committee on some pre-decided topic/area of their interest . The following criterias will be considered during presentation:

- Attitude
- Personality
- Communication Skills
- Presentation Skills
E. Family’s Financial Background (20 Marks): To be decided by the committee after observing their financial background based on documentary proof.
2nd Year and Onwards Students
All the students of 2025- 27/28/29 batch can apply for this scholarship subject to fulfilment of below mentioned terms and conditions.
Term and Conditions:
- Students have to apply for this scholarship (https://gateway.edu.in/scholarship-form/) within 15 days from the date of result declaration (2nd/4th/6th Semester).
- Students must have minimum 70% aggregate marks in the last academic year.
- Students must have minimum 75% attendance in the last academic year.
- The student shall be accessed on below mentioned parameters for the last academic year based on the supporting document like certificate/ letter of appreciation etc.
A. Academic (15 Marks): Marks will be awarded based on the following criteria:

E. Attendance & Behaviour (10 Marks): The student shall be assessed based on his performance, participation, and behaviour in the class/departmental activities along with overall attendance in the current semester. e.g If any student attains 75% and more attendance in the current academic session
Marks to Be Awarded = (Attendance % / 15) + As per observations of the committee member based on students behaviour and participation
F. MOOCs / Swayam Courses (05 Marks): The student shall be assessed based on his performance and participation in completing the Moocs/SWAYAM course or from other Online sources.
G. Participation in G-VAC (05 Marks): The student shall be assessed based on his participation and successful completion of the course.
H. Misdemeanour (05 Marks): During the previous academic session a student must not be indulged in any kind of misdemeanour and other interdisciplinary action(s) in the campus/hostel.
I. Research & Publications (05 Marks): The student shall be assessed based on his performance and participation in conducting/organising research activities under the concerned team or publication in any conference/ Journals under the guidance of any institute’s faculty member.
J. Departmental Internships (05 Marks): The student shall be assessed based on their level of participation/contribution and support within their parent department(s). On successful completion of the assigned task concerned department shall issue the certificate of completion / appreciation.
K. Other Internships (05 Marks):The student shall be assessed based on their level of participation/contribution and support to various societies/ clubs/ student welfare cells/ academics cell /IIEC / EEM Cell/ R&D/others.
L. Social Welfare Contribution (05 Marks):The students shall be assessed on his/her participation and contribution in activities organised by any registered NGOs, social welfare societies, and other social organisations.
Note:
- Students admitted in Academic year 2025-26 can apply every year for this scholarship.
- The student will get only one scholarship every year, whichever is maximum.
- The student must have cleared all the dues of the current academic semester at the time of applying for the scholarship.
- The scholarship amount will be released within 45 days from the last date of application via cheque/DBT excluding the amount of any other scholarship already granted to that student for that academic year.
- The validity of this scholarship is only one year.
- This scholarship is applicable only on the tuition fee part.
- The student must clear the university examination in one go.
- The student got caught in any in-disciplinary act or found breaking any rule and regulations stated/mentioned in the student information booklet, then his/her scholarship will stand cancelled permanently.
