DMS OF GIET ORGANIZED AN EXPERT LECTURE ON WORKPLACE CHALLENGES

The Department of Management Studies at Gateway Institute of Engineering and Technology, Delhi (NCR), organized an Expert Lecture on 21 February 2026 on the topic “Workplace Challenges & Corporate Readiness.” The session was conducted for the students of BBA, MBA, and B.Tech.
The resource person for the session was Ms. Pragya RKS Maurya, Director, Chief Consultant, Trainer, and Author. She shared valuable insights on current workplace challenges, industry expectations, corporate culture, and the skills required to become job-ready professionals. She motivated students to enhance their communication skills, professional ethics, adaptability, and leadership qualities to succeed in the corporate world.
The program was organized under the supervision of Dr. Vinay Kumar Singhal, Principal, and Dr. Mamta Arora, Head of the Department of Management Studies. The faculty coordinators of the event were Dr. Sunita Saini and Ms. Anju Rani.
The session was highly informative and interactive, and the students actively participated in the discussion. The lecture concluded with a vote of thanks, appreciating the speaker for her valuable guidance and contribution.
