DCS OF GIET INAUGURATED FDP ON AI ML TOOLS FOR ACADEMIC RESEARCH

The Department of Computer Science, under the leadership of Dr. Vishal Jain, Principal, GIET, and the guidance of Dr. Aakash Gupta, Head of the Department, successfully inaugurated the Faculty Training Program (FTP) on "AI & ML Tools for Academic Research and Teaching."

Following the inauguration session, the Day 1 technical session focused on "Learning the Basics of Python," equipping participants with the foundational programming skills required for the AI and ML modules in the upcoming sessions.

The session was conducted by Mr. Amar Kumar Jha from AI Tech Learning and was attended by faculty members from the Department of Computer Science (DCS) and the Department of Computer Applications (DCA).

The successful completion of Day 1 marked the beginning of an enriching learning journey aimed at strengthening faculty expertise in AI-enabled teaching and academic research.
