GCAD SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED AN GUEST LECTURE ON CRITICAL APPRAISAL OF SITE AND ITS SURROUNDINGS

Gateway College of Architecture & Design successfully hosted an insightful guest lecture on Critical Appraisal of Site and Site Surroundings.

We were honored to have Ar. Santanu Saha, Principal Landscape Architect, LA Vista, who shared valuable knowledge on how site analysis, context, and surroundings shape architectural and landscape design decisions — a crucial learning aspect for every design student.

The interactive session at Corbu Hall gave students deeper clarity on understanding sites beyond boundaries and designing with sensitivity to the environment and context.
