GIHM CELEBRATED THE 73rd REPUBLIC DAY

On January 26, 2022, when the entire nation celebrated the 73rd republic day, Gateway Institute of Hotel Management Sonipat also honored this important occasion in its own way. Students of GIHM, under the able guidance of their faculty members, showcased their culinary, beverage mixology, storytelling, speech, poetry and other skills.

Students produced some of the mouth-watering delicacies such as Biryani & Raita, Sandwich, Tikki & Kebab with some refreshing mocktails based on the theme of Republic Day. Apart from that students also presented patriotic poems and also enlighten the audience by sharing some facts and information about Republic Day and the biography of Dr. Bheemrao Ambedkar who was the chairman of the committee that drafted our constitution.
