WebMind Club Organizes Workshop on Web Development at GIET Sonipat

The WebMind Club of GIET Sonipat organized a highly engaging workshop on Web Development: HTML & CSS today from 1:40 PM to 3:30 PM in Lab 305-A, 3rd Floor. The workshop was conducted in association with the Department of Computer Applications.

The session was coordinated by Mr. Dinesh (Faculty Coordinator) along with student coordinators Nikhil Chillar, Anurag Yadav, Himanshi, and Harsh. The workshop focused on introducing students to the fundamentals of web development, starting with the structure of web pages through HTML and enhancing their design and layout using CSS.

Participants were guided through practical, hands-on coding exercises that allowed them to implement concepts in real time. They learned how to build structured web pages, apply styles, and understand the basics of responsive design. The interactive approach ensured active student participation and boosted confidence in applying technical knowledge.

To make the learning experience more engaging, the workshop concluded with a quiz round based on HTML and CSS concepts. The quiz witnessed enthusiastic participation, with students showing great excitement and eagerness to apply what they had learned during the session.

The event not only enhanced technical skills but also encouraged collaborative learning, reflecting GIET Sonipat’s vision of promoting innovation, skill development, and practical exposure among its students.
