WORLD TOURISM DAY CELEBRATION

hgs yükleme To mark this special day of 27th, September "WORLD TOURISM DAY" we organized an exclusive work shop on the living art of Bakery. Resource person chef Anurag an alumni of STEP@ THE OBEROI UDAIVILAS,UDAIPUR was invited.He acquainted students to the brilliant opportunities available with in the industry as Bakery Chefs.
Some exquisite items were produced in the bakery lab and the students also learnt about the aspects of applied science in bakery at specific and food produced at large.
