The Quizotika Club at Gateway Institute of Engineering& Technology(GIET) proudly presented Quizotika: Chapter 3 – She Shines, a special edition of our renowned quiz competition held in honor of International Women’s Day. This event was designed to celebrate the intellect, leadership, and strategic thinking of women while fostering a spirit of empowerment and collaboration.

Quizotika: Chapter 3 – She Shines was structured into two exciting and challenging rounds, where participants had the opportunity to showcase their knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills:

Round 1 – Powerplay: She Leads
A fast-paced MCQ-based round, where solo women participants tested their general awareness, logical reasoning, and subject knowledge.
This round aimed to highlight individual excellence and quick decision-making skills.
Round 2 – She-Strategize
The top 12 finalists from Round 1 were paired into 6 teams, ensuring diverse collaboration across different academic backgrounds.
Each team was given a case study challenge, where they had to devise innovative solutions to real-world problems.
Teamswere judged on Accuracy, Relevance, Critical Thinking, and Teamwork, making it a true test of strategic planning and problem-solving.
