Quizotika Chapter V (On the occasion of the Birthday of Swami Vivekananda)

The Quizotika Club of Gateway Education (GE), Sonipat, in collaboration with the NSS Cell and WORC (Women Outreach Activity Centre), successfully organized “Quizotika Chapter-V” on12th January 2026 (Monday) at 02:00 PM in Bhaskar Hall, GIET Gateway Campus, Sector-11, Sonipat. The event was conducted under the theme “Youth Empowerment” with the inspiring tagline “Ignite the Mind, Inspire the Soul.”

The program commenced on a patriotic note with the rendition of “Vande Mataram,” setting an inspiring and respectful tone for the event. The program was organized under the guidance of Mr. Ajay Kumar, Dean Students Welfare, with faculty coordination by Mr. Ashish Aggarwal, Ms. Aruna Kapoor, and Dr. Amita Gandhi. The student coordinators included Vanshika and Anoop from the NSS Cell, Sushil and Anurag from the Quizotika Club, and Pooja from the WORC Cell.

Participants were welcomed and registered through QR code scanning, ensuring a smooth and digital registration process. Round-1, an OMR-based written quiz, tested participants’ knowledge and accuracy. The results of Round-1 were formally announced by Dr. Aakash Gupta Ji, which added transparency and excitement to the competition. Round-2, the Rapid Fire Round, evaluated students’ presence of mind, confidence, and quick decision-making abilities. Students from various departments participated enthusiastically, making the event lively, competitive, and intellectually stimulating.

All participants were awarded E-certificates, and strict discipline was maintained throughout the event, including compulsory college ID cards and adherence to a formal dress code. The quiz witnessed active participation and healthy competition, reflecting students’ strong interest in learning through engaging academic activities.

The event concluded respectfully with the National Anthem, marking a dignified end to the program. Overall, “Quizotika Chapter-V” was a grand success, promoting intellectual growth, youth empowerment, and teamwork. The event not only ignited young minds but also inspired students to believe in their potential, making it a memorable and impactful academic and cultural activity at Gateway Education, Sonipat.
