DCS OF GIET ORGANIZED AN INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO AMUL PLANT, ROHTAK

Report on Industrial Visit to Amul Plant, Rohtak

The Department of Computer Applications at Gateway Institute of Engineering and Technology organized an industrial visit on 25th October 2024 for 70 students from the 5th semester of BCA and B.Tech. The visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to industrial processes and applications.

Students had the opportunity to explore the Amul Plant in Rohtak, where they gained insights into real-world industrial operations, automation systems, and technological applications in the dairy industry. The visit was guided by faculty members Ms. Namrata, Ms. Mandvi, and Mr. Dinesh, who facilitated the learning experience by bridging academic concepts with practical industry knowledge.

This visit enriched the students' understanding of industry practices and the technological skills required for future careers in the field.
