The Department of Computer Science, under the guidance of Dr. Aakash Gupta (Head, Department of Computer Science) and the leadership of Dr. Vishal Jain, Principal, Gateway Institute of Engineering & Technology (GIET), successfully conducted Day 3 of the Faculty Training Program on "AI and Machine Learning Tools for Academic Research and Teaching."

The session was attended by faculty members from the Departments of Computer Science and Computer Applications. The resource person, Mr. Amar Kumar Jha (AI Tech Learning), delivered an engaging session covering Exception Handling, File Handling, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts in Python. The participants gained practical knowledge of handling program errors, working with files, and implementing core OOP concepts such as classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction, strengthening their Python programming skills for AI, Machine Learning, academic research, and teaching.
