DMS OF GIET ORGANIZED AN EDUCATIONAL VISIT TO AIC IIT DELHI

The Department of Management Studies (DMS), Gateway Institute of Engineering & Technology, organized an educational visit to AIC IIT Delhi – Sonipat Innovation Foundation, for 30 BBA students, including students of the 5th semester.

The visit was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Vishal Jain (Principal, GIET) and Dr. Mamta Arora (HOD, DMS), with Dr. Renu and Ms. Prachi Nirwal as faculty coordinators.

The visit aimed to provide practical exposure to startups and innovation. Students learned about startup incubation, idea generation, business model development, and the role of mentorship in transforming innovative ideas into viable businesses. The program helped students understand how startups identify market opportunities, address real-world challenges, and grow through an innovation and incubation ecosystem.
