Principal Message

Dr. Vishal Jain is a distinguished academic leader, researcher, educator, and administrator with over 25 years of experience in higher education. Recognized for his visionary leadership, academic excellence, and institution-building capabilities, he has made significant contributions to engineering education through teaching, research, academic governance, strategic planning, and quality assurance.

Prior to his current assignment, Dr. Jain served as Principal of B.M. Institute of Engineering & Technology (BMIET), Sonipat, where he provided strategic leadership in academic administration, regulatory compliance, accreditation, institutional development, faculty empowerment, student success initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. During his illustrious career, he has also held several senior leadership positions, including Professor and Dean Academics and Head Training & Placements, successfully leading initiatives that strengthened academic quality, research culture, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.

He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, an M.Tech. with Honors in Electrical Engineering (Control System), a PGDBA in Operations Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Power Engineering. His multidisciplinary academic background, coupled with extensive administrative experience, enables him to effectively bridge academics, technology, management, and institutional governance.

A passionate researcher and innovator, Dr. Jain has authored and co-authored numerous research papers published in reputed national and international journals and conferences, including several Scopus-indexed publications. His research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Genetic Algorithms, Fuzzy Logic, Internet of Things (IoT), Control Systems, Smart Energy Systems, and Intelligent Optimization Techniques.
